Never rule someone out as ‘geographically undesirable'- you never know where Hashem has hidden your

Match #: 1109&1110

I never dreamt I would find myself in South Bend, Indiana, let alone find love and happiness there. I had always been searching in three places: Miami ,where I live, Baltimore, where I used to live and still have many ties and New York, because that’s where most of the action seems to be. I have been on JWed for 5 years. I have dated many interesting and possible candidates, but never the exact match I was looking for. Then this past June I received a short e-mail contact from Eti in South Bend, Indiana. My first reaction was: Too far! I did look at her profile and her attractive photo and decided to reply. It went well from the start. We soon exchanged phone numbers and began a serious phone relationship. It took till August for me to finally shlep up to South Bend, but it was love at first sight. It just kept getting better and better, the more I got to know her the more I realized how special she is. There were a few trips back and forth, and by November we decided to get engaged. Fast forward, we got married February 17 and have been enjoying our life together. There are challenges of course in blending our family of 9 kids, but with the right partner you can face every challenge.

To you who are still searching, let me tell you: Don’t automatically rule someone out as ‘geographically undesirable’, because you never know where Hashem has hidden your bashert. The happiness that you will enjoy when you do find the right one, will make all of your effort worth it.

Of course we want to express our gratitude to JWed for making this all possible. It is a wonderful tool to give you access to so many people that you would not have met otherwise.
